Supplies Needed

Ensure another summer of fun and learning for our scholars by donating much-needed, easy to find, supplies! Each month, you can donate supplies (classroom and household items) and books to support our programs. Here’s how you can help:

Before dropping off donations to FSP Latrobe (our warehouse) or our Arosa office, please contact Ieeshah Mackey, Supplies and Materials Coordinator, at [email protected]. Thank you!

If you have any questions about donating resources or a supply drive, please contact Alexis Young, [email protected].

Donate Classroom Supplies

At the beginning of Freedom School, each scholar and Servant Leader Intern is provided with the basics needed for success (e.g., construction paper, glue, scissors etc.). Purchasing specific items on the collection list is a cost-effective way to help while doing your routine shopping!

Donate Books

To help our scholars develop a love of learning through reading, we partner with Promising Pages to provide books, helping them build a personal library at home. All new or gently used book donations appropriate for students in grades K-8th can be made to Promising Pages. Check out their convenient drop off locations here.

Donate Snacks

Show appreciation for our scholars’ and Servant Leader Interns’ hard work by providing them snacks once a week. Please contact our office at (704) 371-4922 for more information about providing nutritional snacks to fuel learning.

Donate Household Supplies

A key component of Freedom School is family involvement, and we do our part by providing needed resources for parents and caregivers. You can donate household supplies (e.g., all-purpose cleaner, tissues, hand sanitizer, etc.) for our family resource bags.
