Supplies and Materials Coordinator
The Freedom School Partners (FSP) Supplies and Materials Coordinator, is responsible for the storage and supplies for the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools® programs in Charlotte, NC. This individual will manage the purchase of supplies and materials for the program. The Supplies and Materials Coordinator will manage the offsite storage space for FSP. This individual will work as part of the Freedom School Partners team, assisting with other needs as necessary.

Operations Manager/Bookkeeper
The Operations Manager/Bookkeeper will support the entire Freedom School Partners (FSP) team and play an essential role in regards to accounts receivable, accounts payable, administrative tasks, and human relations. S/he will screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources and organize and maintain administrative processes. The Operations Manager/Bookkeeper will be accountable for facility and supply management, as well as the technology functions of FSP.

Summer Opportunities
Servant Leader Intern
The Servant Leader Intern (SLI) serves as a classroom teacher in a Freedom School literacy based summer enrichment program. The SLI helps to serve breakfast and lunch, leads a literacy rich curriculum during the morning, and leads/chaperones activities or field trips in the afternoon. The Servant Leader Intern should be experienced in working with groups of children, responsible, energetic, possess the ability to think on his/her feet, be a good leader and a strong role model.
Site Administrative Intern
The Site Administrative Intern (SAI) is responsible for managing, organizing and performing administrative duties for the site and, along with the Site Coordinator, serves as the primary liaison between the site and Freedom School Partners’ main office staff. The SAI has a key role in ensuring that operations are effective and efficient, requiring strong organizational and customer service skills.
