Volunteer and Donor Coordinator
As an integral part of the development team, the Volunteer and Donor Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity of the donor and volunteer databases and all donor and volunteer data. In addition, the Volunteer and Donor Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the Freedom School Partners volunteer program. This includes the recruitment, placement, management, support, appreciation and tracking of volunteers that participate in the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools® summer program as well as volunteers that assist with office tasks or special projects. Senior Administrative Coordinator
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will support the entire Freedom School Partners team. S/he will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. S/he will have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, and organize and maintain administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, high-energy, versatile, highly organized, possess the ability to think outside the box while problem-solving, and be able to support cross-functional coordination. Site Coordinator (Seasonal) – May 2018 
The Site Coordinator serves as the on-site manager of a Freedom School literacy based summer enrichment program. The Site Coordinator should be experienced in working with large groups of children, responsible, energetic, able to think on his/her feet, well organized, a good leader and a strong role model. The Site Administrative Intern (SAI) is responsible for managing, organizing and performing administrative duties for the site and, along with the Site Coordinator, serves as the primary liaison between the site and Freedom School Partners’ main office staff. Servant Leader Intern (Seasonal) – May 2018 
The Servant Leader Intern (SLI) serves as a classroom teacher in a Freedom School literacy based summer enrichment program. The SLI helps to serve breakfast and lunch, leads a literacy rich curriculum during the morning, and attends/chaperones field trips or activities in the afternoon.
